The Cabin Butler is the current property manager of large resort properties as well as individual cabin rentals. We have a wide range of high-end properties as well as budget friendly cabins. Our properties are all currently located in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona. We are an all inclusive property management company that allows property owners the option to be as hands on or off on the day to day operation.
WHAT WE DO
Office Administration – We handle all guest communication. This includes: Booking Reservations, Lease Agreements, Surveys, Guest concerns, Revenue Management, etc…..
Marketing – We have a full marketing team that handles brochures, printed adds, online marketing, social media, email campaigns, etc…. We also list and manage cabin profiles on 3rd party sites such as vrbo, homeaway, airbnb, etc…
Housekeeping – We partner with housekeeping companies to insure properties are cleaned in a timely manner. We inspect the property after housekeeping company leaves to verify our standards have been met. We also stock property with usables such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, tissues, etc…
Maintenance – We have a full time maintenance crew that is on-call 24/7.
